Music Assistant has full support for Qobuz, including Qobuz’s excellent HiRes catalogue!

Qobuz is a French subscription streaming service aimed at people who care about sound quality. Everything streams lossless, and it also sells albums as downloads you keep.

Sign in and your Qobuz favourites appear in Music Assistant, along with the whole catalogue to search through.

• Searching the Qobuz catalogue
• Items in your Qobuz Favourites will be marked as “in library” in Music Assistant
• Marking an item as “in library” from the Music Assistant interface will also mark it as a favorite in Qobuz
• On playback, the highest quality is preferered automatically
• Qobuz’s editorial album lists appear as rows on the Discover page. New Releases and Editor’s Picks are shown by default. Best Sellers, Most Streamed, Press Awards, Qobuzissime and Ideal Discography are hidden until you turn them on in edit mode. These lists are picked by Qobuz and are the same for everyone, not based on your listening
• A New From Your Artists row on the Discover page, shown by default, lists the latest releases of the artists you follow on Qobuz

In the configuration, you need to enter your Qobuz username and password

Known Issues / Notes

• Qobuz only fetches images for artists/albums that have been directly added to the library (eg not albums of artists) to prevent too many API calls
